CASTING APPLICATION & ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

INFORMATION & QUESTIONNAIRE  (“CASTING APPLICATION”)

CASTING APPLICATION DEADLINE (subject to extension):  December 12, 2025        

Thank you for your interest in participating in the television program currently entitled “Next Pro Dancer” (the “Program”).  To begin your application and to be considered as a potential contestant please read and agree to the following Eligibility Requirements as you must: 

1. Complete the Casting Application in its entirety. 
2. Meet the eligibility requirements, which include but are not limited to being: 18 years of age or older as of the specific date of signing this Casting Application
3. You must have a valid passport and be able to travel to and from the United States.
4. You must have the unrestricted right to work in the United States. 
5. If selected to participate, you must be willing and able to travel to the production location(s) (which may be located outside of the United States) during the filming period which is currently anticipated to be on or about  February 9, 2026 through April 15, 2026. 
6. If you are selected as a potential participant you must execute waivers and release agreements and further documents as required by the Sun Never Sets Productions, LLC (“Producer”) and/or any of its licensees, successors or assigns. 

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Program:

1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date this Casting Application is submitted;
2. You must be legally present at the Program filming location(s) and authorized to participate in all Program activities and throughout the term of any agreement you are required to execute by Producer and/or others. That means you must either: (i) have the unrestricted right to work in the United States; or (ii) possess the appropriate United States employment authorization that permits you to participate and compete in the Program and engage in any post-show agreements and related employment. Prior to the beginning of the Program, each potential contestant must demonstrate, to Producer’s satisfaction, compliance with this requirement in order to accept an invitation to the competition; 
3. You must have a valid passport without restrictions on travel, valid through at least August 1, 2026; 
4. You may not currently be a candidate for public office and must agree not to become one until at least (1) year after initial exhibition of the last episode of the Program in which you appear; 
5. Neither you, nor any member of your immediate family (parents, siblings, children, spouse, ex-spouse and “step” relatives) nor any member of your household, whether related or not, may currently be, nor have been within the past one (1) year, may be an employee, officer or director of:
   1. Producer; 
   2. Any television network and/or streaming platform authorized to exhibit the Program (“Network”), Network’s related television production studios, and/or any television affiliate owned/operated by Network; 
   3. Any person or entity directly involved in the casting, development, production, administration, judging and/or exhibition of the Program;
   4. Any person or entity supplying services or prizes to the Program; or 
   5. Any known, major sponsor of the Program.

Producer reserves the right to amend or change the eligibility requirements at its sole discretion. Producer will make all determinations of contestant eligibility in its sole discretion, and such determinations shall be final and binding, and not subject to challenge or appeal.

In addition, Producer may at any time render ineligible and disqualify any individual who Producer determines, in its sole discretion, is sufficiently acquainted with the development, production, administration, judging, or exhibition of the Program such that his/her/their participation could create the appearance of impropriety.   

This is not an offer of employment. 

Your submitting your information below does not grant you any contractual or other rights nor create any obligations to you on the part of the Producer. 

You understand and agree that the Producer is under no obligation to consider this application, interview you, to produce the Program, or to select you to appear in the Program or the program “Dancing With The Stars”. You further understand that you are subject to all eligibility and other requirements, which include but are not limited to executing waivers and release agreements, as determined by the Producer in its sole and final discretion.

Please ensure that you keep production informed of any changes to your application including but not limited to your availability, any new or upcoming television show appearances you’ve agreed to be a part of, changes to your potential eligibility, etc.

Please note that the information you provide to us about yourself will be stored securely and retained in accordance with current data protection legislation and McNulty Casting, Inc data protection guidelines. For more information please see https://www.nextprodancercasting.com. It will only be shared with specific individuals at McNulty Casting, Inc and our production partners to assess your potential suitability for the television show you are interested in, unless you have given your consent above to McNulty Casting, Inc and Producer to hold this information on our contributor database. If you move forward, this information may be used in connection with the production and promotion of the show. If you are not selected and have not given your consent above to McNulty Casting, Inc to hold this information on our contributor database, this information will be destroyed in line with current data protection legislation and our data protection guidelines.
